No! Listing on So Surprised is completely free. We only take a 15% commission when you complete a booking.
When do I get paid?
Funds are released 2-3 business days after booking completion. All payments are processed securely via Stripe Connect.
What if a customer cancels?
Cancellation policies protect sellers. If a customer cancels late, you may receive partial or full payment depending on the policy.
Do I need insurance?
We recommend liability insurance for in-person experiences. Gift box sellers should have appropriate business coverage.
